Advertising Sales Affiliate Agreement
This letter is to confirm that you wish to send advertisement prospects to Haris & Company website for “For Sale by Owner” postings and for those who seek “Wanted Now” ads. These leads are for advertisements only and neither this contract nor the leads create a real estate brokerage relationship or involve representation of anyone in real estate negotiations. This is an independent contractor agreement and not an employment agreement.
In exchange for forwarding advertising leads to Haris & Company that result in a paid advertisement(s), you will be paid thirty percent (30%) of the advertisement revenue for those advertisements within 30 days of its receipt at the address you have listed below:

Either you or Haris & Company may cancel or terminate this agreement at any time by reasonable notice. Please note the following additional terms which shall survive any cancellation or termination: Only the first person to send in an advertising lead will be paid for the lead. Haris & Company does not and cannot warrant or guarantee any lead will result in an advertisement and disclaims all warranties, express or implied with respect to the use of the website. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the website which are posted and which are incorporated herein by reference. In no event shall Haris & Company be liable for any losses, demands, claims, damages, loss of profits or goodwill, loss of business, loss of data or any other direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to this Agreement or its performance, or to the Haris Confidential Classifieds or their use by any person.
Our agreement is governed by California law and if there is any action or lawsuit or other dispute regarding our services, this agreement or any of its terms, it shall be resolved in a court in San Francisco, California. Any changes to any of these terms will be in writing signed by both of us.
