Cost

With this service you get two hours of professional senior housing real estate advice . We discuss the market and the potential purchase price you property can achieve in the market. Lee Haris, our national senior housing broker, is licensed actively in every state. *$500 for the first visit for up to two hour regardless of actual time used, plus $300 per hour afterwards prorated to every quarter (1/4) hour. We will travel to your location in order to give you professional senior housing real estate advice. Lee Haris, our national senior housing broker, will travel to your location for a rate of *$3,000 per day. All fees paid will be applied against our commission.

*Plus reimbursment of airline tickets, taxis, meals, hotels, etc. Mileage Rate $2.50 per mile (applies to automobile travel outside San Francisco city limits)
