This campus consists of a 77-bed nursing home and 34-unit assisted living facility (now Customized Living Plus licensing). The improvements are located in a major Mid-Western city.
The improvements were recently remodeled and added onto, resulting in a good quality facility in good overall condition. The subject improvements are licensed as a 77-bed nursing home facility, and a 34-unit assisted living facility, and a senior day care. There are three main
entrances to the different areas of the facility.
The nursing home is operating with 36 private rooms and 19 double rooms (one double room is being used as a single). The assisted living facility has a combination of studio, one-bedroom, and two- bedroom units. The assisted living units are located in two wings commonly. Occupancy maximum of 55 people. After completion 34-units and licensing change. City occupancy will go to 59-residents.
The improvements reportedly consist of an 87,323 square foot building which has been built in phases, reportedly between 1963 1966, 1984, 1998, 2004 and 2008. The total square footage was provided by the head engineer for the facility and reportedly was correct.
The subject site area reportedly consists of 248,292 square feet or 5.7 acres.
