with smoke and fire alarms, emergency pull cords (removed from the
ALZ wing) to alert front desk staff, and non-slip surfaces and grab bars in
bathrooms. In addition, the subject facility is constructed with automatic sprinklers,
emergency lighting, exit alarms, handrails in hallways, and security
system.
