Each unit is equipped with smoke and fire alarms, emergency pull cords (removed from the ALZ wing) to alert front desk staff, and non-slip surfaces and grab bars in bathrooms. In addition, the subject facility is constructed with automatic sprinklers, emergency lighting, exit alarms, handrails in hallways, and security system.

The Seller is interested in selling an adjacent vacant approx. 4-acre parcel of land and an adjacent renovated residence (which was reconfigured for office use and conferences).
