If you wish to place a Premium Advertisement to add marketing or other information in addition to your Basic Advertisement, you may email an attachment to attachment@harisconfidential.com (reference your order confirmation number.) This may include any information that you want to be made available (such as detailed information, photos, floor plans, etc.). A Premium Advertisement must be submitted as one downloadable file (pdf, zip jpg, etc.) under 9.5 megabytes. Haris Classifieds charges you a Premium Advertisement fee of 99 cents for each viewing of the Premium Advertisement by those with access to this website. Please note that viewers pay a viewing fee for each viewing your Premium Advertisement and that this viewing fee is in an amount that you select. If you select the 99 cent minimum viewing fee the amounts paid by viewers will be credited to you so you will have no net cost for your Premium Advertisement. You may select a viewing fee greater than the 99 cent minimum. If you select a viewing fee greater than 99 cents per viewing any balance above 99 cents per viewing will be remitted to you. Please note also that you may restrict the total number of viewings of your Premium Advertisement by stating this in your email. close answer

Now choose the ad type you want to place then follow the simple instructions. You will then be presented with payment options. For each Haris Confidential Classified Ad can have one photo associated with it. This photo will be seen on the category search results page and on the ad detail page. The photo should be a 72 dpi jpeg with the dimensions of 160 pixels wide x 120 pixels high. To preserve confidentiality, photos are optional. close answer

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscribers are entitled to view Haris Confidential Classified ads and to receive a 30% reduction on premium ad views posted by Haris & Company. Your subscription is in the nature of a magazine subscription and does not create a real estate brokerage relationship. The first calendar month of a subscription is not billed to the subscriber. In addition to other governing rules on the use of this website, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber. There are no full or partial refunds of subscription fees. All sales are final. Haris & Company reserves the right to cancel any subscription for any reason. See the other General Terms and Conditions for additional limitations, terms and regulations on the use of the website. If a subscription is cancelled by Haris & Company, the subscriber's remedies nd claims are limited to a pro rata partial refund of any prepaid monthly subscription fees.close answer

Depending on the ad you choose your ad can run for 30 or 90 days. To extend the ad you will need to repurchase one, we do not offer a monthly billing program. You may cancel your ad at anytime, however, there are no refunds once the ad has been placed. We prefer our customers pay for their ads online via credit card since is it efficient and safe. If you are more comfortable paying by check or money order you may do so. Create your ad online and take note of the confirmation id # that is issued with your ad. Complete all of the steps necessary to create your ad except for paying by credit card. (Once you create your ad and confirm that the information is correct our database will store the ad even though it has not been activated.) Then mail us your check with the listing number written in the memo line. Upon receipt of your check we will activate your ad (we will wait for your check to clear before activating your ad). To unsubscribe from a subscription payment go to Haris' Customer Service area and click on "Account History." Scroll down the page until you see the Subscriptions section. Click on the date next to the subscription you want to end. On the next page you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button, press it to cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time. There are no full or partial refunds if you cancel your subscription. Haris & Company may cancel your subscription as well. See the General Terms and Conditions.close answer

You can edit your ads as often as you please. Simply email your requested changes to editad@harisconfidential.com. Make sure to enter your ad confirmation number in subject field of the email, plus the property address in the text area. After we receive your email your edits it will take up to 2 business days to implement them. If you want to upload a different featured photo or new attachments please follow the same instructions as above and then attach them to the email. If you have completed these steps properly you will receive an email confirmation that we have received you request for edits. Use these instructions, too, for Wanted Now. close answer

If you'd like to edit/add a featured photo or Premium Ad to your ad please follow the following steps: 1. Create a new email with the following email address: editad@harisconfidential.com. Enter your ad confirmation in the subject field and your property address in the text field to, so we'll know which ad to update. 2. Attach one photo and/or marketing package" to your email 3. When you have uploaded your files email them to us. The photo should be a 72 dpi jpeg with the dimensions of 160 pixels wide x 120 pixels high. Please note that any feature photo you upload will overwrite any photo currently on the site for this. If you don't have a scanner or do not feel comfortable uploading photos or marketing materials by you, Haris staff can help. You can mail your materials to us (include a self addresses stamped envelope) and we will scan them for you, and then post them to your ad and mail them back to you! (Please write your confirmation id# and property address in pencil on the back of the item you send us.
